You can reach out to me through my contact form to schedule a free 15-minute phone consultation for the week of September 21 or later. Beginning Monday, September 21, 2026, I'll be conducting 15-minute phone consults and scheduling online therapy sessions for adult clients across California.
-
Our first session is a gentle opportunity to get to know one another. We'll talk about what brings you to therapy, what you hope to gain from our work, and any questions or concerns you may have. There's no pressure to share more than you're ready for. We'll move at your pace as we begin creating a safe, trusting space for our work together.
-
Yes, because I am only licensed in the state of California and can only provide therapy to clients who are physically located in California at the time of the session.
-
Yes. I accept select insurance plans through Rula. Because coverage varies by specific plan and network, please visit my Fees and Insurance page for information about verifying your insurance coverage through Rula and getting started.
-
My rate is $160 for a 50-minute individual session
$240 for a 75-minute trauma processing session
$320 for a 100-minute trauma processing session
Making therapy as accessible as I can is important to me. I’m happy to discuss rates and explore options that may make therapy more within your reach. If my fees are outside your budget, I’m also happy to help connect you with other therapists or resources that may better meet your financial needs. Please reach out to learn more about rates and availability.

Sessions for self-pay clients are the industry standard of 50 minutes per session. Insurance clients receive 3 extra minutes for a total of 53 minutes. For self-pay clients, CRM® and EMDR sessions are usually 75 minutes to allow for deeper processing, with an option of longer 100 minute sessions.
-
One session per week is the standard. However, some clients are seen twice a week or biweekly depending on their needs.

No. My practice is exclusively focused on individual therapy with adults ages 18 and older. I do not provide couples or family therapy.
-
Anxiety and panic (including climate and eco-anxiety), depression/suicidal ideation, trauma/PTSD, and chronic stress are my primary areas of focus.
I also work with clients experiencing chronic illness, chronic pain, burnout, dual diagnosis, emotional dysregulation, sexual, emotional, physical abuse and neglect, sleep difficulties and insomnia, spirituality-related concerns, and women’s issues. -
This varies from person to person. It depends on your trauma history, goals, level of collaboration and commitment to the therapeutic process, and many other factors.

Yes. I use certain HIPAA-compliant AI-assisted tools to support clinical documentation and related administrative tasks. The use of these tools is required as a disability accommodation in my practice. I will discuss how these tools are used, including relevant privacy and confidentiality considerations, before beginning services.
If you are not comfortable with my required use of AI-assisted tools, you are not obligated to begin or continue therapy with me, and I am happy to provide referrals to other providers who may be a better fit.
