My rate is: $160 for a 50-minute individual session
$240 for a 75-minute trauma processing session
$320 for a 100-minute trauma processing session

I accept American Express, Discover, Mastercard, Visa, and Health Savings Account (HSA) cards.

Making therapy as accessible as I can is important to me. I’m happy to discuss rates and explore options that may make therapy more within your reach. If my fees are outside your budget, I’m also happy to help connect you with other therapists or resources that may better meet your financial needs. For insurance clients

I accept select insurance plans through Rula. Insurance coverage varies by plan and network, so acceptance of your insurance carrier does not necessarily mean that your specific plan is covered or in-network for sessions with me.

Ready to get started? Visit my Rula profile and follow the prompts to register and book your first session with me. During registration, Rula will collect your insurance and payment information and verify whether your specific plan is covered/in-network for sessions with me. Your appointment will be confirmed once registration and insurance verification are complete.
